first Stage
For private residential landlords, we can serve the required
notices to quit for £54.99 plus VAT. If two notices need to be served we will serve both at £54.99 plus

of notice/s is the first stage of the eviction process. If your tenant does not vacate the property when the notice/s
have expired, then we may advice you to commence formal eviction proceedings which is the second stage of the process.

The fixed fee for this stage is £487.99 plus vat. This amount is limited to one attendance in court by an advocate.

The Third stage
Stage three is
the instruction of bailiffs if the tenant does not vacate the property after stage 2. We will apply to court for a bailiff
to attend the property. Our fees for this stage is £150.00 plus vat and this includes the court fees.
